WinPaletter is a tool for customizing the Windows 7, 8., and 10 logon screen with various themes. It lets you change the colors of the default Windows elements and also add your own custom colors to the app's UI.

To use WinPaletter, you first need to install it on your device. After that, you can start using it by simply opening the app and selecting the logon screen you want to customize.

There are several themes available for the Windows 7 logon screen and you can change the colors of all of them. To do that, you need to open the app and click on the "Customize" button. Then, you need to select the "Theme" tab and you can see all the available themes.

When you click on a theme, you can customize the colors of all the default elements of the Windows 7 logon screen.
